Vermouth from Maidenii, base wine is Syrah grape, key botanicals are strawberry gum, wattle seed, river mint, sea parsley, orange zest, bay leaf, gentian root. 375ml and 16% alc/vol.

Bertrand Bespoke wines from from Maison Lapalus:

Syrah is grown on the Mt Camel range in Heathcote, syrah 50% wholebunch, maceration of 8 days , pressed and matured 11 months in French oak barrels, minimal sulfur added at bottling . Fresh and fruity expression of syrah with savoury structure . 750 ml. 13.5 % alc/vol.

Field Blend is from a field in north Harcourt on pure granite, grown with respect for the land. Marsanne dominant with Roussanne, Viognier and a touch of Sauvignon blanc , hand picked in March and wholebunch press before barrel fermentation . The wines were matured on lees in French oak , before blending and the first addition of sulfur prior to bottling in May 2020 . The wine is ready to drink now, with a mix of fruit and oak influence , ideal for seafood matching . 750ml. 13% alc./vol.

Sparkling rose methode ancestrale, from Heathcote syrah, nebbiolo , hand picked in mid-february, co-pressed and fermented naturally with 10 days on Fiano, greco and arinto skins. Bottled in early march, disgorged in October after 8 months on lees, zero addition, no sulphite added .Ready to drink or keep. 750ml. 12% alc/vol.
